Additional fees and notes
GST will be added to all inspection fees.
Fees may apply for suites, basement suites, carriage houses, secondary garages, workshops, detached structures or other outbuildings.
Fess may apply for travel greater than 100km round trip.
Fees must be paid in full prior to the inspection.
Cancellation policy - Free rescheduling or cancellation with 48 hours notice (prior to inspection); Greater of $250 +GST or 50% of inspection fee +GST will be charged without 48 hours notice.
