Our CPBC licensed inspector will complete a thorough inspection and provide a full report on all the major components of the building. The report will include tons of photos and will provide the client a good understanding of items that need to be repaired or maintained in the long-term life of the building.
Complex Commercial Inspection
Large retail spaces, warehouses, complex or specialized systems
For bigger, or more specialized properties, our head inspector will coordinate and manage a team of experienced contractors (for example, licensed electrician, HVAC technician, commercial equipment technician, roofer, engineer, structural specialist etc.) to examine each system thoroughly. Once we the inspection in completed we will provide a detailed summary report including all findings. This inspection package is more detailed and goes in depth on the building’s important components for extra information and peace of mind.
