Basic rodent checkup.
While we are not a pest inspection company and, as such, are not certified to offer pest inspection, we do conduct a visual inspection and comment on what we see. We’ll include our findings in the report and recommend that you get a full inspection from a certified pest control company.
Basic mold inspection.
If we discover what appears to be mold or organic growth, we will mention it in the report. Although we’re not certified mold testers, we’re always on the lookout for potential mold, and if we see something that may be a concern, we recommend further investigation by a licensed mold remediation company.
Appliance inspection.
Some inspectors don’t want to run the risk of overflowing a dishwasher, but we believe that as part of a complete home inspection, appliances should be tested.
Basic functional testing of the kitchen and laundry appliances can be added to any inspection.
