Since I was a young child I’ve been fascinated by how things work. I was a curious child who asked a thousand questions and wanted to understand processes and know important details about architecture, design and building.
Homes are important to me because they not only provide shelter and protection, they’re a source of pride and the birthplace of many cherished memories. I know that a better understanding of your property will help you make better decisions.

Since graduating from university, PK has worked in a number of functions including construction & renovations, design, customer service, and repairs. He also spent several years working as a commercial equipment technician, servicing commercial appliances and mechanical, plumbing & electrical systems in restaurants & hotels.
PK was a multi-unit district manager for several years, inspecting and auditing a large portfolio of restaurants, where he was involved in new store construction and the renovations of dozens of restaurants across Western Canada. Spending twenty years in the hospitality industry helped him learn the importance of premium client care.
Born and raised in British Columbia, PK calls the beautiful Okanagan home, where he lives with his wife and children in Kelowna. He is a conscientious neighbour, involved in his community, and has previously served as VP of his strata council.
