Home Inspection Workshop
In this 90 minute workshop you will join Licensed Home Inspector, Prokopios Klimos, and a small group of real estate professionals on-site for an accelerated mock home inspection. You’ll learn about the home’s systems, conditions and common deficiencies as you follow PK through his inspection routine.
This training will give you valuable insight about:
Approach. What does an inspector’s typical routine look like?
Scope. What’s looked at during the inspection?
Common Findings. What are the most frequently found deficiencies?
Terminology. What are the best communication strategies?
Focus. What are a home’s biggest threats?
Report. How is a good report organized? What are “summary items”?
Legal & Ethics. How does the business & liability side effect realtors and inspectors?
