Swimming Pool Inspection Kelowna
Swimming Pool Inspector — Home Inspection
Purchasing a home with a pool sounds amazing; it offers hours of entertainment, relaxation, and fitness. Playtime in a backyard swimming pool provides the chance to entertain and create memories with friends and family, however, being uninformed or underinformed about the condition of a pool could come with negative consequences. That’s why a home inspection that includes additional options like a swimming pool and hot tub inspection is essential before removing subjects on any home.

Swimming Pool Inspection Overview
Our swimming pool inspections offer a clear assessment of your pool’s current condition, including any identified safety concerns and recommended repairs. We believe your pool should be a safe and enjoyable space for your family. Our inspection is basic and visual in nature, following the ASHI Pool Standards of Practice.
Important Notes:
This is a visual inspection only. As such, we’re unable to determine the presence of underground leaks. If you suspect an underground leak, we recommend contacting a specialized leak detection company to perform a pressure test as soon as possible.
In order to maintain objectivity and avoid conflicts of interest, we do not carry out repairs or services on pools we inspect. We are, however, happy to provide referrals to trusted professionals and contractors in the Okanagan should repairs be required.
