The following Safety & Hygiene Covid-19 protocol has been adopted by Daylight Home Inspections:

This updated protocol provides protection for all parties involved in the home inspection process: our clients, the occupants of inspected homes, the inspector, and the community at large. It’s been updated to reflect current changes in our area (Interior Health Authority) and is considered a minimum requirement for inspections.

1. Home inspectors always wear a mask when others are present during the inspection.

2. Windows will be opened to create extra ventilation, when possible.

3. We request that fewer people attend during the home inspection.

4. Clients are asked to attend at the end of the inspection, for a summary walk-through.

5. We request that people attending the inspection bring a mask and follow safe distancing practices whenever possible.

6. Do not attend if you feel sick with Coronavirus symptoms or have, in the last 5 days, been in close contact with someone who has contracted Coronavirus.
